Refunds and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility


You can return any unopened, unused, and resalable perfume purchased from Grand Bazar within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the product meets the following criteria:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and unopened (the cellophane wrapping and seal must remain intact).
  • The product must be in resalable condition with no signs of damage or use.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).


Non-Returnable Items


Unfortunately, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes (for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products).
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Products that were purchased from a third-party retailer or any other platform that is not www.grandbazar.net.


How to Initiate a Return


To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Customer Support: Email us at sales@grandbazar.net within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information:
    • Your order number.
    • A description of the product(s) you wish to return.
    • Reason for the return (optional but helpful).
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship Your Return:
    • Safely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
    • Clearly label the return package with the RAN provided.
    • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Return Shipping Fees


  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item shipped).
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping fees and any applicable customs duties or taxes paid during the purchase are non-refundable.

 

Processing Refund


Once we receive your returned product, we will:

  • Inspect the product: Ensure it meets the return criteria mentioned above (unopened, unused, resalable condition).
  • Notify you of the status: We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and approved for a refund or exchange.

Refund Timeframe:

  • Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped within 5 business days of approving the return, subject to availability.


Damaged/Defective Products


If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@grandbazar.net with the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product.

We will review your request and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the item.

 

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at sales@grandbazar.net, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
